Mimi's Cottage has three bedrooms, two baths, a large family room and kitchen. The largest bedroom also has a sofa that will make into a full bed. The ‘back bedroom’ has a queen bed and the ‘back porch room’ (originally a porch area), contains twin and a 'pop-up' trundle bed.
The living/family room is spacious and has a brick fireplace. With two over-stuffed recliners, sofa and other seating, it is welcoming and homey. The furnishings are strictly 'cottage' but extremely comfortable.
A lovely country kitchen is both efficient and well organized featuring modern conveniences for easy cooking and dining. Cooking essentials are provided.
Since ‘indoor’ plumbing was not a part of the original floor plan of the house, the bathrooms have been fitted into the area that was the ‘dog-run’ of the house. Though small, both are attractive and well appointed.
Guests may relax on the front porch or perhaps eat on the back patio and enjoy sitting in the shade.
